1Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lb Fresh Carrots--Sliced Thin
1 Onion
1 Pinch Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a black iron skillet. Add sliced carrots, onions and pinch of sugar and saute while letting it brown a little. Keep stirring till starts to soften and brown. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little water. Cover and let simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
