1 lb chuck chopped ground beef
2 eggs
3 level tsp grated cheese
5 heaping TBS plain bread crumbs
1 TBS parsley
3/4 cup water
S and P to taste

Makes 12-15

Mix well, shape into 1" balls, fry or bake; add to tomato sauce or to brown gravy
