2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsps butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups coconut
Powdered sugar for icing

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together
Combine butter, peanut butter, brown and white sugars, eggs and vanilla in mixer bowl and blend thoroughly at low speed
Add flour mixture and coconut to mixer and mix only until blended
Spread in greased 8 1/2" by 13" or larger pan
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
Cover with a powdered sugar icing and cool before cutting in desired size
