3 to 4 slices bacon, fried and chopped
2 sticks margarine or butter
2 T. Dijon Style mustard
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, cleaned

Directions:
Directions:
After frying bacon, add remaining ingredients (not shrimp) to bacon pan. Simmer about 5 minutes. Put shrimp in 13 x 9 x 2 inch open baking dish. Pour sauce over and stir to coat all shrimp. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375 or until shrimp are done, stirring halfway through cooking. Eat as an appetizer or serve over angel hair pasta as a main dish.
