1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together
Stir oats and sugar into flour mixture
Cut margarine into dry mixture until crumbly
Pat 2/3 of mixture into greased 7"x11" pan
Spread mixture with apricot preserves
Cover with remaining mixture
Bake at 375º for 35 minutes
