3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 can Mandarian oranges (drained, save juice)
1 15 oz. can pineapple chunks (drained, save juice)
8 chicken breasts, boned

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, salt and pepper, and saved fruit juice. Pour into casserole dish. Lay chicken pieces in sauce and bake for 2 hours at 325º 30 minutes before taking from oven, add oranges and pineapple chunks in casserole. Return to oven and finish baking.
