4-6 pork chops
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Trim pork chops, place in a shallow baking dish. Combine ingredients, pour over chops. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serve with rice.
