1 lb. hamburger meat
1 pack of crackers (saltine)
2 eggs
onion (or onion salt) to taste
ketchup to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers (use the smooth side of a meat mallet for optimum stress relief)
Combine all ingredients together. Shape into a round loaf. Press down top of loaf to create a shallow "bowl". Fill with ketchup.
Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until done or until you're tired of watin' on it.
