2 1/2 TB yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup of mashed potato
2 cups of milk
2 eggs
2 1/3 cup shortening
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 TB salt
1/2 cup sugar
7-8 cups flour

Glaze:
4 TB butter
2 TB vanilla
3/4 cup hot water
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add all donut ingredients. Let rise. Pound down and roll out into thin layer and cut into desired shapes. Let rise again and fry in hot oil. Let cool for a minute and glaze.
