2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
2 tomatoes, peeled seeded and finely chopped
6 scallions finely chopped
1-2 fresh chiles, seeded and finely chopped
salt and fresh ground pepper
cilantro sprigs to garnish

Directions:

Put the avocado halves in a large bowl and mash them roughly with a large fork
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Serve garnished with a few cilantro sprigs.
