Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 1 pounds orange roughy (do not need to thaw completely) 2 Tbs lemon juice ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup butter 3 Tbs Mayonnaise 3 green onions, chopped ¼ tsp salt ½ cup shredded crab or lobster meat. Dash of hot sauce
One Lemon – sliced thin

Directions:Oven: Broil
Place lemon slices on greased broiler pan, arrange fillets over slices. Brush with lemon juice. Combine next 7 ingredients in small bowl and set aside.
Broil fillets 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Remove from oven; spread with cheese mixture; Broil and additional 30 seconds or until cheese is lightly browned and bubbly. Garnish with lemon twists and parsley is desired. |
