3 eggs
1 cup oil
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated raw zucchini with skin
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp. soda
1 /12 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, oil, vanilla. Add sugar and zucchini and mix. Mix dry ingredients together and add to rest. Mix together. The batter will be thick. Place in greased and floured bread pans and bake. I usually bake it at 350 and check after 45 minutes.
