1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 325 F, Line baking sheet with Silpat (nonstick backing pad) or parchment paper. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of cheese onto baking sheet and, with fingers, spread into 2-inch circle. Repeat with remaining cheese; it will make about 12 rounds. Bake 8 – 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Use small spatula to transfer crisps to paper towels to cool and stiffen. For cups, mold in clean egg carton while still warm. Store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
