- 8 oz. bottle of Italian Salad Dressing
2 - .4 oz. envelopes of Ranch Dressing Mix
2 - Medium Zucchini, thinly sliced
2 - 14 oz. cans of Quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained
1 - 8 oz. can of sliced mushrooms, drained
1 - 6 oz. can of pitted ripe olives, drained
1 - 2 oz jar of diced pimento, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Italian salad dressing and ranch dressing mix in medium size bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill for at least 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
