1/2 lb ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese flour tortillas 1/2 lb velveeta evaporated milk can of cream of chicken soup small can chopped green chilies
Brown beef; drain. Add onion and grated cheese. Roll mixture into tortillas. Sauce: Melt velveeta, add evaporated milk, soup and chilies. Pour sauce over tortillas. Bake covered for 30-45 minutes at 350º.
