Combine the following ingredients in a medium mixing bowl:
1/2 lb ground beef
2 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and pat evenly into 9 x 5 inch glass loaf dish.
Brush meatloaf with a mixture of 1/2 cup catsup, 1/4 cup chili sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or, brush with catsup or barbecue sauce alone.
Microwave for 25-35 minutes on Med. High or until well done (about 140º). Pour off liquid and let stand, covered with foil for 5 minutes before serving. Remove meatloaf from glass baking dish and serve. Garnishes: During standing time, microwave several strips of bacon and place on top.
