1 lg. can artichoke hearts(not marinated)
1 cup Hellman's Mayo
I cup grated parmesan cheese, optional
salt and pepper
granulated or fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in medium size mixing bowl
Spread into small oven-proof dish
Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown and bubbly
Serve with good crackers or chunks of crusty french or italian bread
