2 lb. butternut squash
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. melted butter
1 T. flour
2 baking apples, (1/2" sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut squash in 1/2" slices. Put squash in 9x9 dish and top with combined remaining ingredients. Top with apples. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and cover with foil. Bake 350 for 60 minutes.

I never thought I liked squash until I tasted this recipe. Now we even grow butternut squash so we have plenty!
