2/3 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
3 c. chicken or veggie broth
1 1/2 c. sliced green cabbage
1/2 c. fresh green beans
1 T. tomato paste
1/2 t. basil
1/4 t. oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. diced zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots and garlic in a little broth until soft, about 5 minutes. Add everything but zucchini, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until beans are soft. Add zucchini, heat 4 minutes and serve hot.

Optional add-ins: 1 28 ounce can Italian tomatoes w/ basil, 1/2 of a medium cauliflower in bite-size pieces, another cup of zucchini,
1 pkg. fresh spinach, coarsely chopped

If you don't know about this soup, it is a Weight Watchers official recipe. WW says if you are following their eating program to lose weight, you can keep a batch of this soup around and eat it anytime you feel hungry, no points! Plus, it tastes great.
