3 TB butter 1 cup chicken broth 1 (12 oz.) diced chicken meat 1 3/4 cup stir fry vegetables salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup plus 2 TB flour 2 cups milk 6 biscuits
Preheat oven to 375º. Bake biscuits. Melt butter in saucepan. Add vegetables and saute until soft. Stir in flour. Mix broth and milk. Add slowly to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add chicken. Heat to temperature. Serve over warm biscuits.
