1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup 10x sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip, divided
2 small (or 1 large) pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
Chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
1st layer:
Cream together margarine, flour and nuts; spread in bottom of greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

2nd layer:
Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add 1/2 of Cool Whip container. Mix well; spread over the cooled crust.

3rd layer:
Beat the milk and pudding mix until thick. Pour over the cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate until serving time.
