Pkg. of country ribs
potatoes, boiled and diced bite size
green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the country ribs in pot of water with salt and pepper. Remove all scum (not good word choice) from soup while boiling. Boil meat until tender and falling off bone. Remove from broth. Add to boiling broth, mixture of cornstarch or flour and mix until desired thickness. We like it thicker. When thick, add in potoates, green beans and salt and pepper to taste.

My mom used to make this in the summer with fresh green beans. One of my favorites.
