Ingredients:  
1- 1/2 pounds round steak cut into strips
1/4 Cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion sliced
1 tbsp.. molasses
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 pound can of tomatoes or tomato puree
1 green pepper sliced
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Coat steak strips in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Put into dutch oven and add all remaining ingredients. Bake covered 325 for 2 1/2- 3 hours. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 4
