1 quart size ziplock bag
3 parts water and 1 part alcohol

Directions:
Fill bag 1/2 full. Squeeze air out. Use duct tape to seal bag. Put in freezer and will turn to slush. Put wet washcloth on skin before applying bag. Refreeze and use over.
