1 cube butter
2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cup flour
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup sour milk (milk w/ a few drops of vinegar added)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Add melted chocolate. Stir baking soda into sour milk (and watch it bubble like a volcano!), then add it alternately with the flour. Add salt and hot water. Pour into floured cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Frost and enjoy!
