12-16 ozs. of sour cream

Chicken pieces

Cheese. (I use mexican blend grated cheeses)

Directions:
I boil my chicken breasts till done and then chop. Mix all ingredients except cheese and add chicken. Spoon mixture into flour tortillas, add some cheese and roll. Once your 13x9 pan is filled, cover with remainder of filling, then cover with cheese. I like to sprinkle a little parsley over the top of the cheese just to make it pretty. :) Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot through and cheese melted.
