Ingredients:  
3 cups diced potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
Salt to taste
1 can chicken broth
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 or 2 cups hot water
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven, add potatoes, onion and salt. Cover with chicken broth and cook until potatoes are almost done. Add soup, milk, water and pepper. Heat through and serve. (May add 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli while cooking the potatoes.)
