1 10-oz. can chicken or beef consommé, undiluted
1 can water
1 cup uncooked rice (minute or regular)
3 green onions, chopped, including tops
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbl. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2-quart baking dish, combine consommé and water and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes (minute rice) or 1 hour (regular rice). If there is liquid left when the rice is tender, drain before serving. (Goes well with the Chinese Chicken.)
