1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp chili powder
1 (#303) can stewed tomatoes (2 cups)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/4 lb medium noodles
1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese (1/3 lb)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef about 10 minutes
Stir in onions, salt and chili powder.
Add tomatoes and Worchestershire sauce
Add vegetables and uncooked noodles
Mix well
Turn into a 2 quart casserole and refrigerate

About 1 1/2 hours before serving, heat oven to 350º
Let casserole stand at room temperature about 15 minutes
Bake covered for 1 hour
Uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted
