3 lbs. sweet potatoes or yams
1/2 cut packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes (peeled) in large kettle and cover with water; cover and boil gently 30-45 minutes or until can be easily pierced with the tip of a sharp knife. Drain and place in ungreased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter and drizzle with corn syrup. Bake uncovered at 375º for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly, basting with sauce occasionally. You may cover with miniature marshmallows, but this is optional.
