1 small chicken (2-3 lbs.) cut-up
1/2 cup honey
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 large onion, chopped
1 lime, thinly sliced
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken pieces in baking dish. In a small bowl combine honey, barbecue sauce, lemon juice and onion. Salt & pepper the chicken. Pour honey sauce over pieces. Cover dish and refrigerate several hours. Remove dish and let warm to room temperature. Arrange lime slices over chicken. Bake uncovered in 325 F oven approximately one hour. Turn chicken pieces once during baking --- increase oven temperature to 350 the final 20 minutes of baking.
