Ground beef 11/4 lbs 575g
Dry breadcrumbs 1/2cup 125ml
water or milk 1/2cup 125ml
salt 1tsp 5ml

pepper 1/4tsp 1ml


Brown sugar ,packed 1cup 500ml

all-purpose flour 2tsp 30ml

vinegar 1/2 cup 125ml
water 1/4 cup 60ml
soy sauce 2tbsp 30ml

ketchup 1tbsp 15ml

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sized bowl,mix beef,crumbs,water,salt,and pepper.shape into approximately 24 balls.
Brown in frying pan or hot oven.
Transfer to casserole.
Combine brown sugar and flour in a medium sauce pan.blend thoroughly.
Add vinegar water,soy sauce,and ketchup.Stir over medium-high heat until boiling .
Pour over meatballs.Cover. Heat in 350F degree
oven for 20 mins until hot and bubbly. Serves 4
