1 can whole kernel corn (drained) 1 can peas (drained) save 1 tbsp. juice 1 small jar chopped red pimentos 1 cup chopped celery 1 small green pepper (chopped) 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup sugar 12 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 cup vinegar
Mix all ingredients together along with remaining pea juice. Refrigerate overnight.
