Ingredients:  
1 to 2 sleeves of saffron rice
(depending on the number you are cooking for)
1 can drained black beans
1 small jar of salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to the package directions
Put cooked rice in a large serving dish that is oven proof
Pour drained black beans on top
Pour salsa over beans
Cover top with shredded cheddar cheese
Place in the oven to heat through, as well as melt cheese
