2/3 lb. bacon
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 T cornstarch
1/2 cup onion
salt to taste
8-10 boiled with skins potatoes diced
Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into small pieces and brown. Add onion to saute. Then add most of the water and vinegar. Thicken with cornstarch. Mix cornstarch with some of the cold water. Add potatoes. Servs hot.
