2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach squeezed dry
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup cubed cheddar of Ole English cheese
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp. horseradish.

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach and dry. Add rest and chill in refrigerator 4 hours or more. You can make into balls and serve on lettuce or serve from bowl.
