1 head butter lettuce 1 can hearts of palm English walnuts toasted in butter 1 small container of crumbled blue cheese Dressing: 2 cups mild oil 1/4 c. sugar 1 C. white or white wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. ground mustard salt and pepper This makes double what you need.
Place salad on a pretty platter and put salad dressing on top. Use only about 1/2 of dressing.
