6 cups of standard long grain rice
1 large white onion
¼ pound pea pods
¼ bean sprouts
2 eggs
½ lb. Boneless ham
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Shred ham into thin strips. Snap ends off pea pods and rinse. Rinse bean sprouts. Stir fry ham, pea pods, onions and bean sprouts in 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil. Add spices. Scramble eggs to dry stage (while stir frying the previous ingredients). Cut scrambled eggs into strips. Add cooked rice and scrambled egg strips, mixing well. Stir fry entire mixture for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
