2 cups flour
table spoon salt
pt. Sour cream
1oz. Brandy
4 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Take 1 cups of flour in a bowl. Add salt, sour cream, brandy and yolks; mix well. Make dough as for noodles, adding flour as needed. Dough should be soft; knead well. Roll out very thin. Cut with wheel cutter in to rectangles (2 x 4). Make slit in the center. Twist slightly and drop in to hot fat; fry till delicate golden color. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust with powder sugar when cooled.
