3 cup bread cubes
3 cup crackers, crushed
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk (more if needed)
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup celery
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup melted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients. Makes enough for 4 to 5 pound chicken.
