1 c. Strawberry Jam
2 Tbsp. Tapioca
1/8 tsp. Salt

Pastry for 2-Crust Pie

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie plate with pie shell. Mix together ingredients and fill pie plate. Top with strips of pie pastry criss-cross fashion. Crimp edges. Bake in hot oven (425) for 30-35 minutes.
