2 tablespoons macadamia oil
1 large onion diced
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 small fresh chilli
1 kg green prawns
1 cup macadamia nuts or cashews
750g Chinese veges
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce or plum sauce
80 mls water or Stock
2 teaspoons cornflour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in wok. Add diced onion,garlic,ginger,chilli and green prawns, until prawns change colour. Add Chinese veges and then add all sauces. Be sure not to over cook Prawns. While this is cooking prepare some boiled rice to serve.
