3 zucchinis shredded
1 onion diced
1 cup grated cheese
6 eggs
1 cup olive oil
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup diced bacon
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and put into oven proof dish.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180 degree.
