2 cans Salmon
1 tube Ritz Crackers, crushed
2 eggs
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Open cans and remove Salmon. Pull apart and remove bones. Mix onions, crackers, and eggs in a large bowl. Heat oil in frying pan. Form salmon into small pattys and bread in corn bread mix.
Fry til pattys are golden brown.
