1 onion
1 small can sliced black olives
2 small cans minced black olives
3 t minced garlic
2 (8oz) pkgs. cream cheese
16 oz sour cream
2/3 c strong beef broth (use broth cubes dissolved in
hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Add onions, garlic, and olives, mix well. Add broth and stir til smooth. Add sour cream and mix all well.
Chill several hour or over night before serving.
