1 stick margarine
2 c. minute rice
1 can Beef Broth Soup
1 can French Onion Soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled
1 lb boneless chicken breast cubed
1 lb Kielbasa sausage cut up
1-2 tsp. Creole Seasoning (to taste)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Melt margarine in dutch oven. Add all other ingredients. Stir to mix. Cover and bake for 45 minutes without peeking.

Hints: Drain mushrooms. Don't use more than tablespoon of seasoning or it will be too salty. Be sure chicken is fully cooked after 45 minutes otherwise bake until done.
