3lb port loin roast
1 bottle bbq sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tabasco (if you like it hot)
1/4c brown sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast in crock pot for 7 hours. Pull pork apart with fork. Empty water out of pot. Put pork back in crock pot. Add 1 bottle of bbq sauce, 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp tabasco, 1/4 cup brown sugar, salt & pepper. Cook on high for 1 hour. Serve with rolls.
