4 skinned center cut salmon fillets
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp. sesame seeds (can use white or black or a
combination of the two)
Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat the salmon with olive oil
2. Season both sides of the salmon with a fair amount of salt and pepper
3. Sprinkle the top of the salmon with the sesame seeds
4. Lay the salmon on the grill on one of its sides and grill for 3 minutes
5. Turn the salmon over onto its other side and grill for 3 to 4 minute or until just cooked through.
