depending on how many folks your feeding:
4 chicken breast
cup of flour
a stick of butter
cup of cream
3-4 onions
spinach ( i use one frozen bag)
salt
pepper


Directions:
Directions:
melt butter in a skillet
cover chicken breast with flour
put in skillet until golden brown
take chicken out of skillet
chop up your unions cubes
put them in the butter add your cream
than put in your spinach
once that is all cooked and creamy
take that and plate your chicken and pour the sauce over it
and than you eat!!
