1 stick margarine
1/2 c milk
2 c sugar
5 tbsp cocoa
1tsp vanilla (opt.)
1/2 c peanut butter
3 c quick oats

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients on medium high. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in last 3 ingredients. Drop by teaspoons onto aluminum foil.

This is my most used recipe from the first Cooking with Harmony cookbook. Started making these when I was a young teenager. My Uncle Lanny Cook always came to visit when I was making these cookies!
